Jeremy is extremely hands on and available, even offering to personally move our luggage between rooms when we switched, and responding promptly to concerns via email. Stayed here for a night taking advantage of the weekend special which included free valet parking, buffet breakfast at Garum and free drinks at the lobby bar.
